SurveyCruncher is an online application that let you analyze survey data in an fast, effective and simple way, without requiring statistics skills.

SurveyCruncher is not a tool to conduct online surveys (you can find here a list of such applications). SurveyCruncher complements those applications with analytic and reporting capabilities that add valuable strategic insight to your survey.

Why you need SurveyCruncher?

If all what you need are some pie chart and crosstabs, to show in next meeting, basic reporting and charting provided by online service is enough but, to transform your data into strategic information you need much more!

Knowing that 30% of respondents fully agree with a point or that 17% would appreciate a certain feature is not enough! You shall be able to identify who is actually behind those figures.

You can discover, for example, that clients managed by certain sales reps are more satisfied, or that most clients demanding a certain feature have a certain profile? How shall you fine-tune your strategy to reach them?

To respond those questions you need analytic and data mining capabilities usually not provided by online services like, for example, statistic tests. You also need to merge survey result with your wn database to perform required analysis.

You can export survey responses to a spreadsheet and try the "do it yourself" approach but you will soon discover that this approach is cumbersome and limited. On the other side, specialized statistics packages, in addition to being expensive, still need to be integrated with your own database.

How SurveyCruncher works

SurveyCruncher is an online solution specifically designed to analyze survey data and extract the information you need. SurveyCruncher is started from your web browser but executes inside your own computer, thus can plug into any kind of data source and database.

Usual survey analysis are embedded into SurveyCruncher and few mouse drags is all what you need to explore responses in different visual formats, filtering, drilling and slicing as needed. Dynamic cross-tabulations and statistics test are also a matter of few clicks.
