Multi-criteria decision maybe something you never heard about, but you face it day by day.

Buying a new car, selecting a new job, picking the right supplier or technology, hiring best candidate are just some examples. In all case we shall consider multiple criteria and multiple alternatives (that can be possibly combined).

How can we know we are taking the right way? How do we know our judgment is rational?

Inside an organization the decision process can involve multiple actors and generate some attrition. It also usually requires justification and and price-performance analysis.
