Welldecided is freely available online. You can start it from your web browser if you have Java 6 by simply clicking the button below (first time will take 30-60 seconds).

If you do not have Java 6, please install it for Windows or other operating system

Welldecided was designed to be intuitive: you are not expected to know AHP, but an excellent AHP tutorial is available if you are interested (whose example can be seen here).
